The city of Ismailiya usually can be reached by train, there are 6 daily exits of 3 to 5hr, also the taxis or buses are a quicker way of getting there from Cairo. The Buses every 30min of 6.30am to 6.30pm and the price approx of ŁE6.50, and service taxi ŁE6.

There are also a road runs through 2 places worth noting is situated in the 120km desert. Khanka contains the main asylum of Egypt for the criminally insane, known like "totally crazy".
